Gourmet Menus and Exceptional Wine Selection
Outside guests are warmly welcomed at Orso Grigio by advance reservation, but they should be aware that they will not find an à la carte restaurant in the evening. Instead, they can choose from the three menu suggestions offered to hotel guests, including a vegetarian option. The wine cellar, housed within the oldest walls of Orso Grigio, is the great passion of proprietor Franz Ladinser. With a selection of over 250 labels, he gladly offers guidance to guests. Fresh and savory delights from the salad buffet and cheese trolley perfectly round off the overall culinary experience.
The kitchen and restaurant team at the Boutique & Gourmet Hotel Orso Grigio spoil their guests daily from December to mid-March and from June to September. During mid-April to the end of May and from the end of September to November 1st, the hotel offers accommodations with breakfast only.

Yes, vegan dishes can be prepared upon request, and special consideration is gladly given to allergies, food intolerances, and other dietary preferences.
Are there wine tastings?
Yes. Once a week, host Franz Ladinser invites his hotel guests to descend into the oldest walls of the house. There, the finest wines are tasted, preferably blind, as what truly matters is quality and personal taste. The wine tasting is free for hotel guests, while outside guests are charged a fee. The wine cellar can be visited at any time.
Can you have lunch at Orso Grigio?
Yes. For lunch, there is a small bistro-style menu. You can choose from both hot dishes and various snacks. Additionally, an impressive selection of open wines is offered.
