The Hotel

What does it mean to have strong roots? Does it mean preserving the old? Or perhaps far more, rethinking those things that are time-honored? At the Orso Grigio, tradition has always been rethought and lived. Creating a place that didn’t need to be invented, rather one which mature slowly and steadily. With boundless love for detail and the unbridled ambition to make things better. Combined with abundant sincerity and hospitality, and outstanding cuisine. A place as impressive as the mountains which surround it.
