Dining at Schloss Hotel Korb is synonymous with the joy of life and glorious indulgence. Every day, the head chef conjures up dishes from exquisite, natural ingredients, enhanced with herbs from the castle garden. Of course, no first-class meal would be complete without a top-tier wine. That's why the castle cellar offers an impressive selection of fine wines, boasting more than 35,000 bottles.
The impressively stocked castle wine cellar is the pride and joy of owner Fritz Dellago. Housed in a former bunker, remarkable in its own right, the cellar not only contains exquisite vintages from the estate's own castle winery but also offers a comprehensive selection of wines from various renowned South Tyrolean vintners. Winemaker Fritz Dellago has a passion for diversity, and he is fascinated by each wine that unfolds its character true to its variety.
