Stiegl-Brauwelt boasts an impressive array of evocatively named venues, ensuring you will find the perfect setting for your special event. Firstly, there is the Stiegl Brewing Vault with its ancient brick arches, where barley used to be laid out for germination. Next is the Braustüberl, dating back to 1863, which once served as a fermentation cellar. Meanwhile, the Paracelsusstube houses the gourmet restaurant, while the Stieglitz, located in the former machine house, is home to the beer bar. The Tasting Cellar in the Stiegl-Brauwelt museum provides an additional event space.
