Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the Character Membership for € 75, the customer receives the right to use the associated benefits for a period of 12 months. These benefits include:

. Access to all Experience benefits offered through the loyalty app
. A €50 discount per hotel, valid once per year and per hotel, redeemable for stays of at least two nights

The discount is valid once per year and per hotel. It can only be redeemed for direct bookings made with the respective hotel (e.g. via email, phone, or through the official hotel website). Special offers and packages are excluded from this discount. To claim the discount, the Schlosshotels & Herrenhäuser loyalty app with an active Character Membership must be presented at check-in. The discount is valid exclusively at member properties of Schlosshotels & Herrenhäuser. A list of all participating hotels can be found in the app and on the website www.schlosshotels.co.at.

The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and ends automatically without requiring cancellation. It does not renew automatically.

. The € 50 discount may be used once per room and per booking.
. The Character Membership must be purchased prior to the hotel booking.
. If purchased during an ongoing stay, the membership can only be used for a future booking.
. The discount is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Access to the membership benefits requires registration in and use of the official Schlosshotels & Herrenhäuser loyalty app.

Withdrawal from the membership purchase is not possible once the benefits have been used or redeemed. Refunds are excluded unless a statutory right of withdrawal applies.

Schlosshotels & Herrenhäuser reserves the right to adjust or modify the benefits of the membership as long as the core advantages remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, with the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) expressly excluded.
