3 Days of Viennese Pastry-Making Traditions at the Platzhirsch

One of the highlights at the Platzhirsch in Kufstein, aside from the coffee roastery, is its in-house pâtisserie. During your stay, Junior Owner Lisa-Marie or Anna-Lena Drastil will whisk you away into a world of sweet temptations. Together, you'll prepare two classics: apricot or plum dumplings as well as an apple strudel.
