Naturresort Fernsteinsee is a true source of energy. Nestled amid a stunning mountain landscape – not far from the mighty Zugspitze – and surrounded by picturesque meadows and lush green forests, you will find two emerald-green lakes: Fernsteinsee and, just beyond it, Samerangersee, both boasting spacious grassy areas for sunbathing. Overlooking Fernsteinsee stands the eponymous castle, which, together with the hotel and Lorea apartment house, guarantees your total comfort and a restful night’s sleep.

For arrivals on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday:

Guided hikes from Monday to Friday,
free admission to the Imst swimming pool,

one free ride up and down the mountain per person, per day, on the Imst lifts,

Good to Know

The respective discount of 10% or 15% is applied to the price of the overnight stay and deducted from the regular rate at check-out.
At the Schloss itself, you will reside in one of the castle suites.
At the hotel, all double rooms, bed-sit rooms, and junior suites feature a glass-enclosed balcony and are also equipped with air conditioning.
Throughout the day (except Wednesdays), the self-service café-restaurant at the rest stop, designed in the style of a traditional Tyrolean country home, offers warm meals, homemade pastries, and ice cream specialties.
If desired, in the evening the Schloss Restaurant offers you an à-la-carte selection of regional and international dishes along with specialties from their own Schloss patisserie.
Naturresort Fernsteinsee has its very own farm.
