Simplicity and discipline guide this wine cellar’s practices, aiming to keep mechanical intervention to a minimum. You will enjoy a glass of Brut Rosé "méthode traditionelle" sparkling wine as a welcome in the castle courtyard, where you will then delve into the history of the winery and of Gobelsburg.

Subsequently, you will look from the back of the castle out over Kamptal and learn interesting facts about the origin of the grapes.

Then, the heart of the winery will be shown to you: The tour takes you from the "Old Vinothèque" to the cloister-style arcade completed in 2021, and through the cellars.
