Recipes handed down through the generations, such as their legendary “Sunday Roast”, occupy a permanent place on the GMACHL menu.
Just like a composer, head chef Christian Kastenmeier, together with his perfectly orchestrated team, manages to produce masterpieces of creative culinary artistry 365 days out of the year. “Fresh regional ingredients of the very best quality, together with outstanding products from our own butcher’s shop, provide the foundation for diverse dishes prepared to gourmet standards”, Kastenmeier reiterates. The menu is tailored to the season, the gastronomic concept standing for quality of life as well as naturalness. True delectation is characterized by genuineness and authenticity. Guests may select from four comfortable, traditionally furnished dining rooms, all of which have been enlarged, remodeled and lovingly renovated. In combination with skillfully staged décor and table settings, they provide an original backdrop for the tours de force that come out of the kitchen and wine cellar. The very attentive and courteous service team accompanies guests professionally, and with a fine touch throughout their culinary experiences.
