Sound meets Scenery.
As one of the most important castle complexes of romantic historicism in Austria, Grafenegg has been a space for cultural events for many decades. Situated between Vienna and the Wachau valley, the Grafenegg Festival has risen since 2007 to be a festival venue of international renown in an unforgettable setting.

At the "Wolkenturm" ("Pillar of Clouds"), a futuristic open-air arena in the middle of the castle grounds, celebrated names of the classical music scene come together. Grafenegg matches its unique appeal by combining first-class classical music with the brilliant ambiance of the castle and the park.

Besides its classical events, Grafenegg impresses with a variety of culinary delights that will make a stay at Grafenegg even more attractive. Before and after the concert, you can select from a wide range of delicacies that are offered at various locations on the castle grounds. Or simply get yourself in the mood for the concert at the Grafenegg prelude in the courtyard.
