With fresh, seasonal and carefully selected quality products from the Weinviertel and other acclaimed Austrian gourmet regions, your host and head chef, Christoph Schüller, is constantly coming up with new creations. It was for this very creativity that the Schlosskeller was recognised by Gault Millau in 2012, now proudly ranked amongst the young “toque”-awarded restaurants in Lower Austria.
